Use of Storage Spaces

​Camp Pendleton Self Storage is a self-service storage business which rents space to Active Duty Military, Retired, Authorized Veterans and DoD sponsored customers. Storage of prohibited substances or use of storage spaces for purposes other than its intended use is a violation of the rental agreement. The renter should immediately discontinue prohibited activity or vacate the space. Examples of violations of the rental agreement are as follows:

• Activities - Welding, painting or storage of paints, working on vehicles, conducting a trade or business, using the facilities storage unit as a residence or cooking near the space. 
• Storing - Storage of flammables, gasoline or derivatives, illegal drugs or items of that nature, live or dead animals, hazardous waste as defined by current regulations.

The following items may be stored at this storage facility

• Personal effects
• Household items
• Privately owned vehicles

The following items may not be stored at this facility

• Live plants, animals or other living things
• Firearms or ammunition
• Explosives of any design
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
• Any produce or unsealed food items
• Used tires
• Stolen items
• Hazardous items of any kind
• Hazardous waste material of any kind
• Items that produce odors of any kind
• Any item that may cause a safety hazard to other tenants or the facility

Additional Prohibited Uses

Our storage facility is designed for storage only. The following uses are not allowed:

• No Skateboarding or any sport devices on the premises
• No playing of any type of musical instruments
• No auctions, garage sales, flea market sales or any other public sales
• No working in the unit. This includes working on cars, motorcycles, hobbies, crafting etc.
• No illegal electrical connections of any kind

Refund Policy

​All rent is due on the (1st day of the month / Anniversary date). If your unit is occupied on or after the (1st day of the month / Anniversary date), full rent is due for that month. If your unit is occupied after that day of the month no refunds will be given.
All refunds will be (rebated/prorated) according to signed contract. Owner does not prorate rent; only full months' prepaid rent shall be returned to Occupant within fifteen (15) days of vacating the unit.

Online Privacy Policy

​We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number.
We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.
